I am a descendent of Peter Neil and am searching for information regarding his birthplace and his parents/grandparents. He married Leta McCubbin(s)(bn. abt. 1785) and had 2-3 sons in Claiborne County, TN. I believe his father was also Peter Neil, however I have no information about the family or place he came from.
