I believe I currently own the house that George and Matilda Netcott lived in in Parkersburg, IA. They sold it to the famous Pfeiffer brothers, G.A. Pfeiffer and Paul Pfeiffer whose daughter married Ernest Hemingway.
Would you know if George Netcott built homes for living or if he constructed the house in Parkersburg.
It is a "double" or "mother-in-laws" design that was built about 1894.
I am currently doing the paperwork for the National Register of Historica Places on this home and was wondering if you had any pictures from Parkersburg on the house or the Netcotts that you would be able to email?
Thanks so much,
