Surnames: Newman, Crawford, Wallace
Looking for any information on a Leroy (LeRoy) Newman, who's daughter, Catherine (1788-1881), married James Wallace (1783-1851). The only information I have on her family is a handwritten document "entrusting her to a Samuel Crawford until marriage" after the death of her father, Leroy. All are from Augusta Co, VA. I found records for a marriage to Nancy Crawford and a Sally Jordan, but neither lists a daughter named Catherine. Please email Rebbeccaordave@aol.com, subject "Catherine Newman Wallace."
