Seeking birth certificate photocopy for Edward C. Newport, born in Scott County Tennesee on July 9, 1909. His marriage certificate in 1933 states he was born in Cordell TN, but that is not 100% sure. If anyone is going to the archives there and can get a copy, I would pay reasonable/customary fees. Parents are Alice and Carley Newport. Thanks!
