One of my ancestors was Catherine NEWS b. 1854 Silverwood Co Armagh - parents Patrick & Mary Jane (nee DYNES). Catherine died 1932 in Sydney, Australia

Her grandparents were Edward NEWS & Mary Ann GRACEY.

Am researching the NEWS lines that emigrated from Co Armagh, N Ireland to Australia.

Have found references to the NEWS name in NSW and NEUS in Queensland.
