No one has ever found where she is from. I am researching in Schoenburg,Bechelsdorf, Herrnburg etc in Mecklenburg on my Kreutzfeld/Oldenburg line and found the Niche name(Hinrich Niche) from Lindow and Wahlsdorf. Is anyone else researching the Niche name? Does anyone know where more families with this name may be found? I have even found a couple of Johns in the region. They were orgianally from Wales.
