John Baltazor Nick married Helena Zeller around 1840. Both from Prussia, Germany. Helena Zeller died in Brookhaven, Mississippi on 10/5/1873. I think John died in New Orleans, La. Children: Louis C. Nick born 2/25/1841, Catherine Nick Falkenheimer born 2/25/1841, Henry Emile Nick, George C. Nick, Mary Nick Regan, Emma Nick born 1840 married Thomas Gardner 12/2/1859, Sophia Nick born 9/1/1851. John was 1st married to Johanna Gabel, three children born Charles Nick, Eva Nick Funk and Margare Nick Schaefer. Came to America in 1845-46. Any information will be greatly appreciated. I believe Helena came from Raffan, Germany, but I have not been able to locate where this town is located. Would like to know where in Prussia John was born. Please e-mail me at pidupuy@iamerica.net
