It seems that all of the Nicolets in the US are descended from Ulysses Elizabeth. What an amazing thing in such a huge country!
My grandmother remembers "Aunt Bertha" and "Aunt Lena" from her childhood. Her grandfather was Jules they were his sisters. (3 out of 12 kids altogether.)
