Nieves from Moca P.R. also Ramos and Hernandez

Surnames: Nieves, Ramos, Hernandez
y knowledge of my mothers family history is very limited. All I have is what follows. All are supposedly from Moca. Gracielda 'Euesbia' Hernandez-Ramos born 1912. Her parents Baselisa(sp)Hernandez-Hernandez & Esiekel(sp) Hernandez. Telesforo ramos born 1906. His parents Isabela Nieves-Ramos & Manuel Ramos. His paternal grandfather was Marcelino Ramos. To my understanding both Manuel and Marcelino owned a good deal of land in Moca.
I know this might come acroos as a bit confusing, but it was the only way I know how to get it across.
