Looking for Canadian Nimmos
I am having a lot of difficulty finding records on the Nimmo family in Canada. They lived in Ontario in the 19th century. Some names if anyone can help are:
My great grandfather, George Douglas Nimmo b. 1879 in Ontario. He had a first marriage with several children before he married my grandmother Laura Graham. I cannot find any info on the first marriage.
His father I believe was Robert Nimmo, born in Scotland, emigrated to Canada at some point.
Anyone know anything about these guys or their relatives?
