found in Wallkill, Orange co. Ny in 1800, also there in 1810, then in 1820 in Tioga, Caroline Co. NY
found in Gallitin co. Il. in 1830.
d. before 1840
he married Catherine Hanks in 1835 in Il.
may have been the brother of George NIVER?

were Cutlif and Wm his brothers?
was he the father of:
Polly, Lucy, Mariah, Josephine, Dorinda or Donnda, Mary Ann, and Eliza Jane? and probably some sons as well..
these girls are found living in Gallitin/Hamilton co. Il and married there.. he is the only NIVER in the area in 1830.
