This is such a long shot, but lets try.
I have Sopia born in the US about 1786. She married Daniel IRISH who was UEL. They lived in Haldimand, Northumberland Ontario in Centreton and are buried in Massey Hill Road Cemetery near Grafton. The only other data I have is that she is "Eastern Methodist"
We have no other information about her family. There are some Nobel families in the same area. Even in the same cemetery. It is odd as a first name. Could Nobel be her surname used as the given name of her son, Nobel Festus IRISH There are family patterns of using surnames as middle names. .
