Family member is said to have visited cousin - last name Nobel - Noble ? - in Edinburg during or after WWII - the address scribbled down was 14 crescent, Edinburg 4, Scotland - another name scribbled down was Blinkbonny - if anyone has any information our family would appreciate it greatly - there are so many James in Scottish families - also we have several possible birthdates for James which has made it even more difficult to trace him.
