I am trying to find information on a John Robert Noe who may have had a first marriage to Mary Sams, both of Clay County, KY. Second marriage for John Robert was to Emily Wells. Three oldest sons: Elisha, Samuel and Richard Noe. John Robert Noe may have been born in N.C. Any information would be appreciated as I am really have a hard time moving beyond John Robert Noe to locate his parents etc. First I need to establish John Robert Noe's true I.D. Thanks Sheri
