I am doing research on the NOE name which was later changed to NOAH in some families.

JOhn Wesley NOE and Martha Catherine SULLENBARGER had three children: Rufus, Fleece and Martha Roberta.
Rufus is my line but I would like to get some information on
Martha Roberta NOE who married James Edward CARDWELL in Arkansas about 1888
and Fleece Rierson or Robertson NOE who married Annie Lucy WELCH in Arkansas about 1887..

after John Wesley passed away Martha married John TAYLOR and moved to Dallas Co Arkansas.. They had three other children.
Albert,Margaret and Josephine..
