My mother doesn't really recall much about the Nolans. Her mother (Della), lived much of the time with her maternal grandmother (Le[a]pan) and gained some fluency in french. My Moms older sister Pauline may be able to share more information and I will speak to her as soon as I am able. My Aunt Betty (younger than my Mom) has all of my grandmothers pictures. We are on a mission to get those pictures and copy them. Once we do we will forward some of the pertinent ones to you. My mother wonders who the 'Shirley' was that tended your Mom as Shirley is only 69 today. One of my Mothers other sister, Marietta, (known as Pearl) was older and might have been the one to go tend an ailing relative.
