I am looking for anyone who might have any information on my family. This is what I know so far. My Great Grandfathers name was either Jake or Ulyesses Grant Nole he was bornin Paducah Kentucky, he married Francis Elizabeth Babbit they had 2 sons Ulyesses Grant and William. They also had a daughter I am not for sure what her name is I believe her name is Elizabeth. If you can help me please do so I am wanting to find out my family history and all I keep doing is finding road blocks. Thank you!

I recently found Benjamin in the 1860 census East Deer Twp., Allegheny Cty., PA as:

Benjamin Nole 25 coal digger
Martha 22
A 2 Female
M A 3/12 Female
Isaac 18 male

I have always seen the name spelled Noel until this reference.

Martha's maiden name is Hoak.
M A is Martha Adeline.
