My grandfather and my uncle Albert's fathers name was Antone Nopper. I was always told the had a bakery in town and also had farm that worked on the outside of town. They had either 12 or 13 children.

My great uncle albert was one of either 12 or 13 children. The imagration date of 1992 sounds right. My grandfather came over in 1900 to be with his older brother Albert. Him and my grandfather (Nickelous) lived in Michigan most of their lives. He is burried in Grand Blanc, MI next to my grandmother and grandfather Nopper. I am anxious to hear from you. Elaine

Hi there,

I am not sure if you are speaking of the same family which comes from Kappel Grafenhausen. But my Opa was Josef Nopper and lived in Grafenhausen. Was born I believe someplace up in the Schwarzwald. If you like to get in contact with me you certainly can. I now live in Canada. But was born in Germany. I am certainly interested if there are relatives in the States or elsewhere
