I am doing some research for a friend that is a Normandie whose family is originally from Canada. (not 100% sure where just yet, but where working on it. ) I am doing ok with the tracking, but was curious if there are any books on this family name? In my own family, the King, Seymour, and Heroux families have already been researched with information and books published about them. This name, Normandie/Normandin does seem kind of common and I was just curious if there was anything like that out there and I just wasn't finding it. I am curious about the origin of the name, though. Any help is appreciated as always.
