I have read through all the various messages and have not found anyone who appears to trace their ancestry back to my ancestor, Daniel Normandin. Daniel lived in Quebec in the 1600s and was the son of Jacob Normandin and Marie Viaud. He married Louise Hayot (her parents: Jean Hayot and Louise Pelletier) on 2/11/1687 at "Sorel.". The 4th of Daniel and Marie's 7 children was Marie-Madeleine, my line of descent.
If anybody knows anything about this line, I would appreate hearing from them.
