DR. THERON W. NORTHCROSS, SR., 85, of Memphis, died Tuesday, February 14, 2006 at Methodist University Hospital. Dr. Northcross practiced as a Dentist for over 50 years. He served in the U.S. Army as a Staff Sergeant. He was the son of the late Noah Northcross and the late Mildred (Scruggs) Northcross Bailey. He was preceded in death by his wife, Nell P. Northcross. He is survived by a daughter, Deborah A. Northcross of Memphis; two sons, Theron W. Northcross, Jr. and Phillip R. Northcross, both of Memphis. Visitation for Dr. Northcross will be held from 5-8 p.m. Friday evening at Memorial Park Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Mississippi Blvd Christian Church, 70 North Bellveue, with internment at 11 a.m. Thursday, February 23 in West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery, 4000 Forest Hill Irene Road.
