i have an electronic copy of the original documentation for the transportation of James Nottingham (born 1725)to Maryland on the ship the Tryal in 1755,

.."In the transported convict records a James Nottingham from Buckinghamshire was transported to Maryland from London in 1755 on the ship Tryal. In 1758 he was reported to be a farrier and a runaway. Interestingly my James Nottingham was also believed to be a blacksmith. A female convict on this ship was Susanna Bird.
shown on aylesbury assizes records as comming from Langley Marish (20 miles south of aylesbury)...horse dealer..jailed for reciving money known to be stolen..."
