Hi Brenda,
In 1882 or there about, Alfred Edward Edwin Legg* arrived in Liverpool with his son Francis (aged 2). Francis married Hannah Byron they had a daughter who they called Stephania Noyon Legg! Stephania was my husband's mother. Francis's mother (Mary Stephania) had a brother John.
My mother in law never knew where she got Noyon from as Francis (her Father) was killed during the 2nd World war. My information comes from census and I have no other verification i.e certificates. I am very new at Family History research and am now very confused !
Can you help sort me out please?
Kind regards,
