I am a relative of Christian Nuber who came from Derdingen, born in 1836 and immigrated to America in 1854. He was married to Magdalene Schaefer, b 1837 in New York. His parents were Johann Bernard Nuber and Eberhardine Elizabeth Weigele about which I know nothing. Is it possible that your Charles Nuber was a son of theirs? I am also willing to share what information I have on Christian's descendants.
