Living in Fidalgo Twp.,Skagit Co.,Washington per the 1920 and 1930 Census.Registered for the WW 1 draft in 1918 in the same County.Working for the Anacortes Shipbuilding Co.
Had a daughter Opal I.Nulph b.ca 1910 in Skagit Co.
