I am trying to locate someone whom posted to the Ohio Roots Web site in regards to this J.R. Numbers in 1999.
Her name was Jacqueline Ingalls - with an email address of

She had a photo of a J.R. Numbers M.D. and was questioning his Eclectic Medical license.

This J.R. Numbers M.D. temporarily managed my 3rd great grandfather's Drug Store - Moore's Old Reliable - in Carbondale, KS. from abt 1885-1887. Dr. Moore died in 1885 (my 3rd gr-grandfather) so I am curious about this J.R. Numbers.
