Louis Obert, Philadelphia police officer
I am seeking information on any of the siblings of Louis Obert, born circa 1867. I believe his parents were George and Francis but I have not been able to confirm that information. Louis was my great grandfather. He was reported by family lore to have been a police officer in the city of Philadelphia. I have written them seeking personnel records without response.
