Jeanie Claire Ann Oeser born May 12th, 1956 is the Daughter of Jeanette Lucielle Messina and William Oeser. They were married at the time of her birth. Both her parents are dead. Her Grand Parents were Jennie Messina (Maranda) and Alfred Messina. Alfred Oeser is also the name of her older brother. She has an older sister named Ida Oeser at birth. And a younger sister Virginia Oeser. Virginia is the one born in 1957. I know because I am the youngest of the bunch.
