ADA M. OHMART
Mrs. Ada Maude Ohmart, 84, a long time resident of Waverly, died Tuesday evening, July 27, at Norris Hospital in Jacksonville.
She was born August 27, 1886 in Girard, the daughter of Wm. and Addie Curtis McMahan. She married Chester Ohmart on November 23, 1905 and he preceded her in death in November of 1970.
She is survived by a daughter, Bernice Rutherford of Waverly, and a son, Donald of Saunemin.
There are nine grandchildren and one great grandchild.
The deceased was a member of the Roodhouse Chapter of the Order of Eastern Star and of the Waverly Christian Church.
Funeral services will be held this Friday morning at 10:30 at the Neece Funeral Home.
Burial will be in the Waverly East Cemetery.
