Howard are the parents of Carrie Ella Howard who was born 7/1875, Ohio. Ella married Charles William Montgomery in 1893 in Circleville, Ohio (Pickaway County). The 1910 Ohio census shows John and Matilda Howard in Circleville, Ohio with my grandfather William Montgomery living with them.
