Rhesa OLIVER abt 1756 - 1840s FL

Researching Ferna Napoleon Bonaparte Oliver b abt 1818 GA, I've found tantalizing references making him son of Rhesa Oliver. He may have a brother Melton or Milton, mentioned because Ferna married Ellender SASSER, daugter of Thomas Sasser Jr and Margaret BELL, because Melton O Oliver married Ellender's sister Jane.

Back to Rhesa at (old) Leon County, FL which included Wakulla Co then. Since later Ferna lived in Wakulla Co, it could have been that southern half.

I see Rhesa on 1840 FL census of Pensioners, Revolutionary or Military, at age 84, giving him a birth year of about 1756.

Leon County voters in FL's first election 1845 included Rhesa Oliver and a Robert Oliver

However, the Rhesa on 1850 Leon Co census is not the old man, who is not enumerated and presumed deceased. It would seem that Jr b SC had lived with the elder Rhesa. An elder brother to Ferna? (I know there is another Rhesa close in age in TN, born NC)

If I had to guess, Nancy could be an unmarried daughter. The younger two could be Rhesa Jr's motherless children, arrived with him during the 1830s, or Jr's niece/nephew - if he is in fact "Jr". Recall Ferna was born 18-teens GA.

Alvin 21 SC

1870 Rhesa Jr, Charlotte and Alvin are still together in Tallahassee, Leon County.

Is anyone familiar with a Rhesa Oliver of this generation, likely Revolutionary Patriot, who moved from SC to GA around 1800 or so then settled in FL?
