Your posting is fascinating. My grandfather,
Karl Edwin Olsson(b. 1895( was born in Arboga, Västmanland
Sweden. Both he and his father (Karl Herman([b. 1875] Olsson)
were master carpenters and cabinet makers. Grandfather's
grandfather, Karl Fredrik Olsson was born around
1850, but we do not have exact details yet.
Lars Erick(b.1824) and Victor(b.1831) are possibilities
as a father to Karl Fredrik based on the dates. In addition
I have a Luther's Catechism published in 1835 with the name
Lars Erick written by a child in it.
Julie, do you know of any connections to Arboga or any of the
other nearby cities and towns in western Västmanland, Sweden?
Do you have any other information about Lars Erick's or Victor's children?
These two seem to provide the most reasonable possibilities if there
is a connection between our two Olsson families.
Thanks.
