Richard Ooms, Sr of Williston died Thursday at the Williston Health Care Center. He was 88.
Mr Ooms was born in Brooklyn, NY and moved to Williston from Tampa 3 years ago. He was a retired tool and dye maker.
Survivors include a son, Richard Ooms, Jr of Bronson.
