I do need more on this family. I have several cemetery records a volunteer uncovered for me. but I can not verify any birth information. I found this record that conflicts with a previous source about the Opdyke/ Updyke Family that gave her Mary's last name as Lasher


The Descendents of Robert Burdick of Rhode Island by Nellie Johnson Syracuse 1937 states that The Reverand George Brown Lisbee and his wife Elizabeth had George Dudly and Mary Elizabeth
Mary Elizabeth married William Updyke and had three daughters, Susan Amelia who married Leander Bartlett and lived in Albany, New York, MARY ELIZABETH Updyke who married in New York City to AMBROSE PEACOCK and Elinore who married Elmer Wands and died in New York City.

I know Mary Elizabeth daughter of William and MAry Opdylke/ Updyke married AMBROSE as I have Information on his family. I have no idea about the family of AMBROSE PEACOCK prior to his appearing as a child living with family with adifferent last name on the 1850 census.

We may have previously talked. One source I had for my Infor is a Helen C. Is that you? Will be glad to share what I have turned up on AMBROSE.
