Hello,

I'm trying to find my ancestor Vincent Ostrowski's original location in Poland (East Prussia), as well as any evidence of his marriage coming over, or a generation back even better!

I have his Hamburg Passenger List record where he left which shows his original location as Kl Couja. I thought this may be Klein Guja which was in East Prussia. I've looked through parish records but have so far only found Ostrowski records from the early 1900s (after he emigrated), and the Ostrowskis appeared to be from the town Brosowen (I believe this is modern day Brzozowo, Poland).

Vincent married Veronica Budnik who is on my bloodline, but from his passenger list looks like he was previously married to a Julia who he emigrated with and an infant Anton.

It's a long shot, but if anyone is researching Vincent or has more information, please reply!
