William Otter b 1828 Sturton by Stowe

Any info on William at all please, he states on the census he was born at Sturton. I have his marriage cert to Ann Whitworth 20 May 1850 at Eakring Notts, he has no father named so could be illegitimate.He is stated to be 22 and Ann 19.
