I'm looking for information on my grandfather "Frank Otto" per my father (Francis John Otto)'s birth certificate.
He was born either 1904 or 1903 in Germany, and died in Michigan around 1965.
His first spouse was "Stella Nerkowski" per my father's birth certificate.
He had remarried when she died to a woman who had children by another marriage.
This is all the information I have but would very much like some leads to go with.
