Looking for information on siblings/parents of Edward/Edmund Overby, born 1808 in Lunenburg Co.,Va. He married Mildred Ragsdale. His father may have been Edward Overby, 1763 - 1850, also Lunenburg Co. Think he is closely related to my ancestor, James Overby, born 1822/23. James lived in Richmond/Henrico Co., Va., in 1860. It appears that Edward's (1808) granddaughter, Tabby, boarded with James' son in 1900. Tabby's father was William Edward (1836, Lunenburg) and James had a son by the same name. Edward also had a son named James. Think there is a very close relationship - brothers or first cousins. Any help very much appreciated.
