Since my last post, I found out that Charles H. Overly died a few years ago. He was an artist who was known for drawing university and government buildings for stationary and diplomas etc. Saltus Press in Mass. bought his business and stated that his work has very little resale value. I disagree and feel that he was a real talent that has yet to be discovered.
