St. Dennis Ozane is in my family line and I do have some information on his brothers and sister: Dennis brother Jacques was my Grt. Grandfather his daughter Mary Bernadnette Ozane was my Grdmother from Louisiana.

SOSTHENE OZENNE was born 1826 in Prairie Laurent. He married CELESTINE DONATO September 12, 1849, daughter of FRANCOIS DONATO and CELESTINE DOB.

Hello Dewight, How are you and the family? I am Wallace Ozan daughter. We have spoken before. Last year we went to Opelpusas for a Donato-Auzenne family reunion. We learned so much about our family. You could learn lots from one of our cousins Angela. First Little mom was wife of Great grandpa St.Dennis Ozan her name was Philomiene Ozan-Prejean. We found out that He was the son of Sosthene Auzenne and Celestine Donato. His sister the only one we have found so far was Marie Camille Auznne married to Francios Alicide Donato. They were all first cousins....family secret. If you do a search on Marie Camille Auzenne you will run accros some of our cousins histroy of the family. Our cousin Anglea from Raywood was able to trace our great great grandmothers dad Martin Donato Bello from Napel, Italy. Its a interesting histroy. Search on those names and you should be able to find out some histroy. We are trying to complete histroy before the next family reunion next year hopefully in Houston. By the way I was in Liberty a few months ago and I say Sonny and his wife. They looked well. Take care,

My great granmother was MARY ELLEN OZAN she married EDOURARD DOIRON .They had 13 children the youngest JULIAN b. 1899 was my grandfather.this was in Calcasieu paris La.
