I have a John Pack, born Feb 24, 1824, last child of Charles Pack - See following information

1. CHARLES8 Pack (GEORGE WASHINGTON (SR.)7, SAMUEL (SR.)6, GRAVES (CAPT.)5, JOHN ARTHUR REYNOLDS4, DENNIS3, THOMAS II2, THOMAS1) was born Abt. 1787 in Monroe Co., (now Giles Co.), VA - some say Augusta Co., VA, and died 12 May 1837 in Lawrence Co., KY - or Floyd Co., KY. He married (1) ELIZABETH "BETSY" CRUM 17 Nov 1808 in Floyd Co., KY, daughter of ADAM CRUM and BARBARA/BARBARY HORN(E). She was born Bet. 1785 - 1790 in Floyd Co., KY or VA, and died 11 Nov 1824 in Floyd Co. KY. He married (2) ANNADOSHIA (ANNA) SELLARDS 15 Mar 1825 in Floyd Co., KY. She was born Abt. 1800, and died Aft. 1833.

These are to license and permit you to join together in the holy state of matrimony according to the rites and ceremonies of the Church of which you belong Charles Pack & Betsy CRUM bond being given and certificate proven according to law and for so doing this shall be given sufficient warrant given under my hand this 15th day of November 1808. To any person legally authorized to solemnize matrimony.
1808 November 17th I joined in matrimony Charles Pack & Betsy CRUM given under my hand the day & year aforesaid. Thos. Evans, J.P."

Bond dated 15 November 1808 by Charles Pack and Samuel Pack for a marriage
shortly to be had between Charles Pack and Betsy CRUM.
11th of November 1808: To Mr. William J. Mayo, Clerk of Floyd. We hereby
consent that our daughter Betsy and one Charles Pack be bound as man and wife.

Per Glenna Pack Hall: Betsy CRUM is also listed in some places as Elizabeth (Betsy a nickname) and the last name in one book I read, Anals of Floyd Co., Ky by Chas. Wells, is "Graham". Her father was AB. (Abram or Abraham or Adam) and her mother is listed as Barbery (Barbara?).
