Looking for info on John Pack of TN.

Surnames: Pack, Wise, Keller, Sparks
According to Census records for 1900-1930 he was born in 1969 in TN. Also according to the census both of his parents were born in TN.
His wife's name appears to be Ellen, but had different spellings on each census. She was born in 1875 according to the the info I found.
There children are as follows: (the years are guesses based on the info, give or take a year)
Susana/Suzie/Susie 1893
Bruce 1895
William W. (on the 1990 census and then wallace on the others) 1898
Alice 1903
Joseph/Joe 1907 (I believe this is the same Joe Pack that died in Apr 1978, but am not sure)
Sarah 1911-1986 (twin to Mattie)
Mattie 1911-1983
Josephine is listed as Walace's Wife on the 1920 census.
Viola 1922 is listed at a granddaughter on the 1930 census.
Any help would be appreciated.
