      <description>Albuquerque Journal - February 6, 2004&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Martin "Marty" T. Paco passed away on Wednesday, February 4, 2004 after fighting cancer. He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Candy; daughter, Michelle; son, David and granddaughter, Makayla. He is also survived by brothers, Daniel and Julian; father Ruben all of Albuquerque and sister Laura of Dallas. Marty is preceded in death by his mother Phoebe. Martin was a math teacher in Grants, NM before he moved to Albuquerque to get married. He retired from APS with 25 years, before joining Albuquerque Academy the last two years. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, February 7th, 2004 at The Albuquerque Academy Simms Auditorium at 2:00p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to The American Cancer Society, PO Box 102454 Atlanta, GA. 30368-2454. Please share your stories of laughter, sadness, feelings, thoughts, how Marty Paco has touched, influenced, and left his footprints upon your heart.
