Searching for information on the Paradise family prior to 1800. At this time I can only prove two brothers came to middle Tennessee from North Carolina c:1810. One was named William. In his 1832 will he left his lands to his son Parker b:c1800. There was a Parker Paradise that resided in Virginia long before my Parker's birth. Believe the brothers name was John and that they had a sister Rachel that married Allen Knight and also moved to Tennessee. Rachel is said to have been born 1777 in VA. First record I have found to date is of a William Paradise 1755 in North Carolina. All records prior to this seam to point to Wiltshire and London areas of England. Does anyone have a clue about this family?
