Surnames: Paris, Pearis
I've done some searching and can trace my lineage back to the infamous Richard Pearis. Paris Mountain here in SC is named for him, and it used to be his land, before he was exiled. Was wondering if anyone knew about Baron (?) Paris or his father, etc. He is my g-g-g-grandfather, if I'm not mistaken. There's a lot of them in the Greenville area, just wondering if anyone else has done some digging.
