Freeman E. PARMETER was b: 12 Aug 1834 Henrietta, Monroe, NY, brought to MI when a boy, death certificate says he was the son of Elijah & Martha (BRITTON) PARMETER. There is a deed for an Elijah PARMETER dated 1841 in Jackson Co. MI where other PARMETER families settled. Elijah must be related to them, but how? jwhitten@bscn.com
