Shirley A. Frazier and Lawlrence W. Parran, Jr., native Washingtonians, were married on October 22, 1955 at 413 Randolph St., NW, Washington, DC, Rev. Leamon White officiated.
They are blessed with four loving children, Michelle, Michael, Maxine, and Monica, four granchildren and two great-grandchildren.
The couple will have a family celebration at their home."
