Dear searcher. My gggrandfather born C1771 came from Higher Kinnerton, Doddleston, in the parish of Hope Flintshire. In my research I saw in a small book "Doddleston. History of a marcher parish" page 62 says " Henry Parry of Doddleston, late of IRELAND." Heny was a schoolmaster there and had a daughter Ellen 9/11/1817. He died age 61 but it does not say when.
I don't know if this is a relative of mine as Parry is a common name there. I noted it because my daughter has been in Westport for over 12 years and seems so at home there I wonder if she has Irish blood in her.
Hope this is some interest. Alan Williams
