My father,Eugene Parsell, was born 6/12/1922 in the Bronx, NYC. He was left at the State Charities Aid Association when he was about 1 mo.old. At 6 mo.old he was taken in by my grandparents (Barber),who lived in Rochester, NY. In 1924 they changed his name to David. He has no legal adoption or name change papers. He has been trying for several years to find any siblings or family members. Please,contact me if you have any info.
