Vercie E. Sturgill PARSON, age 76 of HAMILTON, OH passed away at Golden Years Health Care on October 10, 2007. She was born in London, KY on January 25, 1931 the daughter of Tice and Gracie (Hubbard) Sturgill. She is survived by a son, Curtis (Donna) PARSON of Amelia, OH; two daughters, Brenda (Joe) Swain-Konochik of Tamarac, FL and Frances (George) Hammons of HAMILTON, OH; four brothers, Raymond (Judy) Sturgill of HAMILTON, Andrew (Louise) Sturgill of Oxford, OH, Donny (Debbie) Sturgill and Elmer Sturgill, both of IN; five sisters, Janie (Howard) of HAMILTON, Mildred Brock of IN, Hettie (Don) Taulbee, Shirley (Van) Ratliff, both of HAMILTON, and Phyllis Wethers of IN; six grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Larry Sturgill; and a sister, Juanita Harris. Funeral service will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on October 13, 2007 at 3:00 PM with Rev. Jacob Flannery officiating. Burial will follow in Millville Cemetery.
